How to setup a sound Compliance system?

How could I establish source code governance in my company?

What do I need to check when purchasing software?

Design your own trainig!

Decide by yourself, what you want to learn!

Within corporations the need for information on open source varies greatly  – “power users” need to know more than occasional users. In addition, there is no company where only a few people have to deal with the topic. We have therefore decided to design a modular training program, allowing to combine target group-specific trainings. The modular structure can be freely configured according to your needs. Our experts will work with you to develop a plan for how, when and where the training course(s) should take place.

To make it easier for you to get started, you will find an overview of the main modules below. You can obtain details of these by clicking on the module. We will be happy to design an individual schedule from these modules, tailored to your needs.

Up to 20 people can participate in one training session. Larger groups are also conceivable, but experience has shown that the quality of the training diminishes somewhat as the participants can no longer be directly involved.

In a first, non-binding step we usually clarify the objectives and the target group with you. On this basis we can derive the appropriate approach for your training and make you an offer.

How will such a training take place?

  • In a first step we coordinate needs and participants
  • We then propose an agenda for the training
  • Once this is in place, we define suitable dates together
  • The invitation can be issued either by you or by us.
  • We will conduct the training on the agreed date.
  • The participants can take an examination at the end of the training to consolidate what they have learned
  • After the training, our instructors are available for 3 months to answer questions

How do you scale this model?

If you have more than one team to train, we are of course also available to you. We support two concepts:

  • External Trainers

In case of high time pressure or training needs abroad, we fall back on coaches from our international network. In addition to on-site training, training via webinars is also possible.

  • Train-the-Trainer

In this approach, we train several people from your organisation so that they can carry out the modules on your premises. The training takes place en-bloc on our premises. The participants receive our materials as well as the experience.

How do you verify the successful participation?

All participants will receive a certificate of attendance. If desired, the participants can answer tests after the training and receive a qualified certificate of attendance.

Optionally, the success control can be further automated and displayed via an online tool. After the training course, participants will receive an invitation to answer a few questions about the training programme – at regular intervals if desired. Clearly arranged reports provide information on the number of participants and answered questions.

Are you not sure if this is the right content for your needs? We will be happy to help you identify the right modules with you!
